This website is operated by Vanamati Foods Pvt. Ltd. (“Vanamati”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The terms “you” and “your” refer to you, the customer.

2. Our products

Our products are natural food items. We make every effort to display product details, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, natural variation in colour, texture, aroma and crystallisation (especially in raw honey) is normal and not a defect. All products are subject to availability.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout through our secure payment partners before an order is processed.

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
