Shipping Policy

We want your Vanamati order to reach you as fresh and as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Order processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of being placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take a little longer.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• Orders below ₹499 are charged a small flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send your tracking details by email and/or SMS so you can follow your parcel right to your door.

Where we deliver

We currently ship across India. If your pin code is serviceable, it will be accepted at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed.
